Shipping policy
We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order. We do not deliver outside New Zealand;
The anticipated dispatch time will be within 1-3 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock, bulky, or you have provided a rural delivery address.
The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered. If you encounter oversized or overweight items for which the shipping cost cannot be determined, please contact us via email promptly: loveliving.nz@yahoo.com
Dispatch and Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your online order is dispatched you will receive an email from us to your nominated email address. This will include your delivery details, tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery. Should this be missing, please check your junk/spam folder in your email.
Damage or Lost:
If the product you have ordered is damaged in transit. Please email us within 5 days of receiving and all the requirement from our auto confirmation email. Please note that for your claim to be accepted the item must be put back to its original packaging.
If your item has been lost in transit we will assist you to contact the courier to lodge a lost item claim, however We do not cover or replace lost items from the courier. A claim will be processed under the courier policy. Lost packages must be reported within 15 days from the shipping date. If an item claims to be lost after delivery, we as the supplier will not bear any responsibilities.
